YouTube Lounge is a partnership of Google Philippines with Ayala Malls to introduce the fast streaming of YouTube Accelerator, create a hub for YouTube fans to meet, and also have a different YouTube experience.
Accessing the YouTube Lounge is free and all you need to is bring your mobile devices to connect to a free wifi and watch videos on YouTube
The YouTube Lounge is sponsored by Ayala Malls and will open in the following malls on these dates:
● Greenbelt - September 29
● UP Town Center - October 6
● Glorietta - October 13
● TriNoma - October 26
● Market! Market! - November 9
● Alabang Town Center - November 16
Google Philippines also target to bring YouTube Lounge in other Ayala Malls, so watch out for announcement for the availability to these malls: Taguig, Fairview, Pampanga, Subic, Nuvali, CDO, Cebu and Davao.
Google Philippines is planning to launch it this end of the year.
YouTube also like to remind that videos can now be saved and viewed offline.
If you are online at home and have no time to watch the videos, you can click the "Save Offline" button below the streaming box and you'll noticed that the video will be saved to your phone and it can be viewed by you anytime with or without internet connection.
You can watch the videos later if you are stuck in traffic. Oks di ba?

YouTube Accelerator is powered by an algorithm designed by YouTube, this enable some videos available on YouTube to load faster for better viewing.
Once connected to a FREE WIFI from Ayala Mall, the YouTube Accelerator program will work automatically and will notify you which videos are enabled and served with YouTube Accelerator.
Videos will buffer at full speed.
